I’m building an AI-native venture studio — a small human team and a squad of agents turning ideas and market signal into shipped products. My focus is the unglamorous layer that makes agents trustworthy with real work: evaluation, incentives and governance, measurement and risk, multi-agent coordination. The friction between humans and AI systems is where I look for what needs to exist.

This instinct comes from my path: most recently, I led an AI consulting practice at Visa, helping enterprise clients turn AI into practical impact within complex, regulated industries where getting things wrong had consequences. We combined deep technical expertise with business strategy and human-centered design. Before that, I spent my entire career applying AI to real problems across various roles back when it was crude and hard to do.

That’s the needle I thread today: security and rigorous control environments on one side, the elegance of well-designed products on the other. I speak boardroom finance while also having deep empathy for the user. And having lived on both sides is what provides context and a unique flavor to what and how I build.

This site is my studio with the door cracked open; have a look around! It's a sample and much of what's shown is mid-motion on purpose (actively working on exorcising perfectionism!).
